I.T.F. Netherlands is a non-profit organisation who is still growing very slowly, because there are three other I.T.F. Taekwon-Do organisations of course not recognized by our I.T.F. led by Master Tran.

In the Netherlands we have every month a training for the national team conducted not by a national coach but by several teachers. This approach is successful, in Romania we won 2 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze medals. Sabum Harry Vones as a trainer was also invited.

In 2007 we want to compete with a junior and senior team on the EC in Slovakia and WC in Quebec, Canada.

We also have two times a year a training especially for red belts and up, so the can prepare themselves for the upcoming grading.

Also two times a year a I.T.F. day, free of charge for al the members where besides I.T.F. Taekwon-Do (tul, matsogi, hosin sul etc) other martial arts are introduced, such as Kick-boxing, jiu-jitsu, etc.

For the teachers of all the schools we have special training and for the first time for 4th degree and up a training conducted by Master James Tjin-A-Ton and Master Wijnand Tapilatu, pattern till Tong-Il and about the Do.

In 2006 the national teams of Belgium and Netherlands had international match which consisted of sparring, pattern and special technique. I.T.F. Netherlands won this time.

At the II course in Cologne (June) The Leaderschip Camp and the II world Cup in Benidorm (October) I.T.F. Netherlands was present with a lot of members.

Of course we have also national championships, divided in one day only sparring and another day tuls, speciale techniques and power.

Besides master James Tjin-A-Ton and Wijnand Tapilatu we have now a new Master: Willy v.d. Mortel. He will be in 2007 our new Technical Director.

In 2007 we want to have recognition bye the government, so we want to join a National Federation Asian Martial Arts. The application is already sent to them.
