During the II worldcup in Benidorm, Spain, Mr. Willy van de Mortel from the Netherlands was promoted to Master VII degree. On Sunday 29th of October he did his exam before a master promotion committee consisted of Master Tran, Master Trajtenberg and Master Marano. New Master Willy van de Mortel is the 3rd Dutch Master who promoted to VII Degree.
