Taekwon-do club RIJEKA organized the 4th Croatia Open Taekwon-do Championship at 14th October 2006 in Rijeka, Sport hall Dvorana Mladosti, under support of City Rijeka sport department.

The tournament participated 252 competitors from 17 clubs from England, Wales, Slovenia and Croatia.We had announced several more clubs from Bosnia, one from Poland and some more from Slovenia and Croatia, but they canceled.

But we was very pleased to hosted our guests who participated our tournament at 30th anniversary of our school Taekwon-do club RIJEKA.

The best 3 clubs:

1. RIJEKA - CRO
2. ISTRA PULA - CRO
3. ITF ENGLAND

By overall results awarded by sponsors with big cups and training bags.

The best fighters also awarded by sponsors with plaques and money prizes:

• The best junior male up to 15 years old: KERR ROK - TKD SUN Braslovèe SLO
• The best junior female up to 15 years old: CAPAJA MARCELA - ITF ENGLAND
• The best junior male 15 to 18 years old: KARAMAN ERVIN - TKD ISTRA PULA CRO
• The best junior female 15 to 18 years old: BISHOP-WILLIAMS CHARLIE - ITF ENGLAND
