Newsletter Newsletter 2/2006 Kwon-Do For Disabled Children

Friday April 21st 2006 in sport centre Olympos in Utrecht, the Netherlands there was a big sports event for disabled children of all kinds. Children in the age of 8 until 16 years old were welcome to participate in new kind of sports for them like Golf, Soccer, Tennis, Hockey, Horseback riding, Street dance and I.T.F. Taekwon-Do. Taekwon-Do club KISPORT Taekwon-Do, www.kisport.nl, Sabum Harry van Schaik IV degree was asked to give a clinic. Kisport is a member of I.T.F the Netherlands.

    

About 18 children participated in this clinic and after some fundamental movements and games there was some Kwon-sparring with safety equipment. With a lot of enthusiasm the children enjoyed themselves very much. After practicing Saju Jurigi as a group the class was ended with some pictures and presents for the participants.

Right after Sabum Harry was home the first calls were already received were the next classes good be taken!
