Newsletter 4/2005 Confirmation of the Legal Status of the ITF
The Austrian county court issued an edict dated on September, the 20th, 2005 concerning the legal status of the International Taekwon-do Federation.
The edict clearly says, that the Chang Ung Group is not the legal representative of the ITF and all meetings of this group and decisions made on those meetings are invalid. (see German version of the document, the English translation of the document will follow next week).
Legal authorities of the rightful ITF according to the decision of the court are:
Therefore the estate, Draugasse 3, in Vienna including the office equipment and furniture are property of the ITF.
Austrian County Court is a higher court than the ones that had adjudicated in the case earlier, that is why its decision is valid also for the lower courts.
