Dear Members,

Hopyfully all of you are doing fine and are looking forward to the ITF Tournament & Umpire Course that shall take place in Budapest, Hungary on March 31st - April 1st 2006.

The main purpose of the course is to:

1. introduce modifications in the ITF competition rules which shall be implemented from January 2006. (modifications in the rules shall be send on November 2005)
2. explain and introduce modifications in ITF fundamental exercises and Patterns (exspecialy for those members whom did not follow an International Instructors in the last year).
3. align umpires, coaches and technical directors around the world concerning umpiring and tournament organizational matters.
4. prepare umpires (4th degree and above) officiating in the upcoming World Championships to be held in Honduras 2006, Spain 2006 and Canada 2007.

Therefore we stronly advice our members to be present at this course.

English and Spanish are the main spoken languages at this course.

The official invitation shall be send on October 15th 2006 as we are still waiting for some important informations.

Looking forward to meet the Umpires, Coaches and Technical Directors from the whole world at this course.
