Newsletter Newsletter 3/2005 National Technical Course in Barcelona

On the 1-2-3 July the National Technical Course of the Federacion Espanola de Taekwon-do ITF was held in the Sport Palace of Palleja (Barcelona) with 120 participants, students and Black belts. The course was given by José Ramon Viudes, assisted by Mr. John Mckissock, V degree, José C.Revelles IV degree and Mr. Andreu Martinez, IV degree.

   

Friday was dedicated to the training of Tul. Saturday-positions, step sparring and training of power for red and black belts and tuls for colour up to blue and Sunday - self defence. After the course took place the degree test for 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree.
