Newsletter Newsletter 2/2005 The degree test in Latvia

In the term of 11th of June 2005 in Riga, Latvia were held black belt examination conducted by Robert Shenin (IV Dan, Vice-President of Baltic Taekwon-do Clubs Association) 4 persons from the "Hvaran Club" appllied for I-st degree.

This day was succesful for all of applicatnts, because 4 among 4 passed the grading for I-st degree.

Besides the grading 2 persons completed the Umpire seminar and gained the title of B-class Umpire.
