Quebec City, June 13th 2005

The 1st Administrative Seminar will be held on Wednesday July 27th, 2005 during the 14th World Senior Taekwon-Do Championships in Dortmund, Germany.

The seminar is divided in four Workshops and the title of the Workshops for the NA and AA representatives (2 per organization: President and Secretary General) and high-ranking 7th degree and above.

The title of the Workshops is called Successful Governance of an ITF affiliated organization.

The participants will be divided into four different groups and we will proceed in rotation form of the groups which means that each team of presenters will present their topic four times. The groups will switch from hall to hall (from workshop to workshop) after each topic while the presenters remain in the same rooms.

Venue:

• Workshop 1 at Park Hotel - "Hall 4"
• Workshop 2 at Park Hotel - "Hall 5"
• Workshop 3 at Park Hotel - "Hall 6"
• Workshop 4 at Park Hotel - "Hall 7"

The schedule will be as follows:

• 09.00 – 10.30 hrs: 1st set of Workshop presentation
• 10.45 – 12.15 hrs: 2nd set of Workshop presentation
• 13.00 – 14.30 hrs: Lunch Break
• 14.30 – 16.00 hrs: 3rd set of Workshop presentation
• 16.15 – 17.45 hrs: 4th set of Workshop presentation

  Structure and operation of the ITF
  - Master Trân Trieu Quân assisted by Master Wim Bos and Master Tom MacCallum
• Workshop 2:
  How to structure and operate an ITF affiliated organization
  - Mr. Tadeusz Loboda assisted by Mr. Jean-Marc Demers and Mr. Jerzy Jedut
• Workshop 3:
  How ITF can help you to have more members
  - Master Pablo Trajtenberg assisted by Master Alberto Katz and Mr. Juan Ferrando
• Workshop 4:
  How to use rules of order to conduct democratic, efficient and productive meetings
  - Dr. Janel Gauthier
