To all delegations, competitors, umpires and supporters,

On behalf of the ITF Board of Directors, I would like to congratulate Master Paul Weiler and the organizing committee of the 14th Senior World Championships for their great work. I would also like to express how proud we are that this event is taking place at the occasion of the 40th anniversary of ITF Taekwon-Do in Germany. We wish them well for their future development.

Moreover, I want to applaud their efforts in planning this event. It shows in the quality of the sponsors involved and the accommodations. The competition lets the competitors set challenges for themselves and reach higher levels. Taekwon-Do ITF values self-achievement and dedication. It is always important to keep in mind the philosophy behind Taekwon-Do and I count on your collaboration to have a good spirit all along this event.

Once again, I would like to extend our gratitude to Master Paul Weiler, his team and all the officials. May this event be successful and reflect the involvement of the ITF Germany in the Taekwon-Do family.
