1. Transportation

   For this service a payment is required depending on the number of participants
   The trip takes about 2 hrs.
2. Hotel Accommodation
   Countries/members who shall book their accommodation on or before the deadline of April 5th 2005, but arriving with less persons than applied for shall pay the accommodation for those not being present.
3. Party
   The party shall be held with good weather conditions at the side of swimming pool of Hotel River. In case of other weather conditions it shall be held inside of Hotel River.
4. Day of arrival
   In order to proceed as fast as possibile at your arrival day we ask you to send ONLY one person to deal with the payments:
   • Total amount of the competitors individual competition entry fee : Euro 100,00 per competitor
   • Total amount of the team competition entry fee : Euro 50,00 per team
   • Total amount of hotel accommodation for participants and others - do not include the Umpire(s)
5. Application Forms - ID cards
   In order to prepare your ID cards (and not to waste time at your arrival day) we ask you kindly to send the application forms and a photo of participants and others on or before the deadline of April 5th, 2005 to:

6. Visa
   We have send the Visa request for Russia and Ucraine to the Italian Embassy's - keep me informed
