Year 2004 in Finland was full of action and brought lots of changes in the Federation's structure. Starting from 1.1.2005 organization structure was changed from the committees oriented into directors concentrated. Federation activity was divided into very clear portions and range of duties and responsibilities were defined. Directors have been elected among active instructors and fresh ideas injected into organisation.
This change resulted immediately in a very positive outcome. Each director has autonomy to bring up once own ideas and a chance to realize plans according to his vision. The most visible part of Federation's activity can be noticed from the calendar for year 2005.
