  With the participation of 93 competitors of the region was hel in the town of Callosa.

  IX Spanish Cup of Taekwon-do ITF
  It took place in the Sport Palace of the city of Lugo with the participation of 92 competitors, that showed the high level and a hard work during all the year, the team of the Valencian Region took the first place, followed by Galicia and Cataluna regions, the selecction of this tournament will travel to Finland to attend the EUROS 2004.

• April 2004
  

  On the 24th april in the sport Hall of Villajoyosa took place the Ist Mediterranean Cup Of TKD ITF for Junior, with the participation of 160 competitors. The tournament begin at 9.30, and it did run very good due to the good job of the organizers and the Umpire colective, the time schedulle was followed in all the divisions, and the competitors and public in general enjoyed the tournament. The classification was as follow:

  1. Gimnasio Beni-Algar de Benidorm
  2. Lugar Gimnasio Hwa-Rang-Do de Barcelona
  3. Lugar Gimnasio Kumgang de la Vila.

• 12th June

  Children competition held in the sport Hall of Callosa, with the participation of 78 children who compit enjoying the public and the parents with their abilities and after the tournament they showed a nice demonstration.

• July

  National Course held in Barcelona with the participation 45 person including Instructors, black belts and students of Barcelona area, the Course was given by José Ramon Technical Director of the Federacion Espanola.

• 30th October
  

  Training In Benidorm With Mr. Jedut
  On the 30th October took place in Gran Hotel Bali of Benidorm a 6 hours Competition Seminar conducted by Mr. Jerzy Jedut VI degree from Poland, member of the AETF Technical Committee. The course was based on physical preparation, ways of training of the speed and of the reflections, and technical hand and foot combinations, and finaly self defense. The seminar was attended by 46 students and with the presence of Master Paul Weiler and Mr. Juan Ferrando, ITF Vicepresidents. All the participants of the seminar were very satisfied and expressed their wish to repeat this kind of class next year. The organizer thanks Mr. Jedut for the support to the development of the TKD in Spain.

  International IV Open "Costablanca
  The past Sunday 31st October, in Benidorm Sport Palace took place the IV International Tournament "Open Costablanca De TKD ITF", organized by the Federación Espanola de TKD ITF in collaboration with the city Sport Council of Benidorm as precedents years. There was 102 taekwondists in representation of Galicia, Cataluna, C. Valencian, Portugal, Poland and Argentina, the level was very high, and the Catalonia team demonstrated that they are in their best moment, Moises Oliver from Villajoyosa was elected the best competitor of the event, and the Catalan team was the winner getting the first position, followed by the Valencian. In this tournament took part the members of the Spanish team of last year, Moises Oliver, Jesus Manzano, Breixo Seijas, Felix Garcia and José R. Guerrero, they showed that they continue being the best, being all they in the best positions. In the competition of color belts there was a great animation and the sportsmen demonstrated great impulse and technical showing that many of them in a next future will be big competitors, softly in a magnifies place upon having several golden medals so much in the category of 12 to 15 years like in that of more than 16 years.
