It is with pleasure to announce that yesterday we received from Ms. Nancy Ruel, Assistant to the ITF President a detailed report concerning the slogan contest, that has been written by the ITF Communication Committee.

Below you can find the procedures of how they made their choice.

Report To The President Of ITF On The “Contest – Find A Slogan For The ITF”, written by Mr. Jean Marc Demers, Chairman of the ITF Communication Committee (Adobe PDF file, 58 kB).

The winner of the contest "Find a Slogan for the ITF" is Mr. Tomasz Trejderowski from Poland. The winning slogan is: "ITF-TKD Teaching You the Art of Life".

Mr. Trejderowski about himself:

"I'm 25 years old. I've been training the art of Taekwon-Do since four months now, my first training took place at October, 4, 2004. In January 2005 I've passed my first-in-life Taekwon-Do exam. I'm holding now white belt and 10 kup. Although I’m training not so long, I feel already, that Taekwon-Do became not only a martial art but a way of life!

Last year I’ve graduated high school (Silesian Polytechnic) and by now I’m holding Master of Technology degree. I also work there as a teacher. Maybe I will start Ph. D. studies this year. Beside training of Taekwon-Do and teaching students, I’m spending my time on writing books. I’ve wrote two of them and now I’m working on third. This is my work and hobby. Currently I’m working on computer books only as they support my living. But I believe that one day I will be able to write a book for “normal” people! :)

I’m not married and have no kids! :) I live in Katowice, which is main city of industrial part of Poland. I’ve been living here for my whole life.”

Mr. Tomasz Trejderowski has his own website: www.tomasz.trejderowski.com (available in Polish only).
