Between Christmas and New Year 3-times World Champion Tomaz Barada invited by a member of Technical Committee of the AETF and friend/trainer/coach Willy van de Mortel to conduct a sparring training seminar. This took place in Heeze, a town in the south of the Netherlands.

There were people from different clubs and regarding the bad weather that day, a lot of people show up and take the chance to train with Tomaz.

Tomaz pointed out different situations in sparring and the chances that TKD-sparring makes in the last 10 years. He shows combinations from a close distance and how to read the distance. He took also the time to spar with the kids and with some active competitors.

On the end there was time for everybody to get a picture with Taekwon-Do legend Tomaz Barada and he promised to Willy van de Mortel to come back soon for to conduct another sparring seminair.
