In term 11th-12th December 2004 in Lublin, Poland have been held central degree test.

Examination commission consisted of:

• Willem Jacob Bos VIII Dan - International Taekwon-Do Instructor
• Jerzy Jedut VI Dan - Vice-President of Polish Taekwon-Do Association
• Janusz Gutkowski VI Dan - Member of Polish Taekwon-Do Association Board of Directors
• Zbigniew Bujak VI Dan - Vice President of Polish Taekwon-Do Association

For black belts applied 50 persons; a half of this number got a promotion:
