I would like to inform what Mr Yogi Chand has left the position of ITF England Secretary. His position according to ITF England Board Director decision, has been taken by Miss Julie Fagg I degree.

Miss Julie Fagg has written about herself:
"...I have been training, on and off, for 15 years. I have reached black belt first degree and I assist in teaching at Docklands Tae Kwon-Do. I enjoy training very much but must admit I prefer patterns more than sparring. I also enjoy the community feel there is in the dojang along with the after club activities. I am the secretary for Docklands Tae Kwon-Do as well as just been nominated to be caretaker secretary for England ITF. I am the mother of an eleven year old boy who also trains and I work fulltime as a civil servant".

Her duties as ITF England Secretary are:

• Communicate all correspondence from ITF or other countries NGB.
• Attend ITF England meeting and correlate all documentation
• Minute taking and type up at meetings.
• All record keeping
