On Friday, 19 November in La Quinta Inn Hotel, Kissimmee for special request of Master Trân Triêu Quân ITF President 2 famous coaches from Europe: Master Kim Un Lan VIII Dan and Jerzy Jedut VI Dan conducted seminar concerning various aspects of sport sparring.

The seminar attended about 35 participants and 20 observers from several countries. Seminar was divided in two parts. In first part (1, 5 hour) Mr. Jerzy Jedut, member of the AETF Technical Commission and Vice-president of Polish Taekwon-Do Association for technical matters presented warming exercises and basic movement techniques. In the second part (about 1 hour) Master Un Kim Lan proposed basic combinations of sport sparring.

According to the reactions of the participants, seminar was appreciated with great enthusiasm and they were engaged. Although there was not much time, it was possible to present several things during those profitable hours.

The exercises was demonstrated by Daniel Dziala and Mariusz Walach from Poland. They are European and world champions.

Master Kim Un Lan and Mr. Jerzy Jedut answered for the questions of participants and were available to make numerous pictures.
