Dear students,
This is to advise you that there will be an extra curricular training session with Master Orello Ellis VII degree black belt and four members of the National Taekwondo Team. This event is scheduled to take place at William Penn Leisure Centre, Rickmansworth on Saturday 13th November 2004.

The training will be over the course of one day (10 am - 4 pm) and will be conducted as followed:

1. 2 hours seminar with Master Orello Ellis
2. Break for Lunch
3. 2.5 - 3 hours seminar with the four members of the National Team covering the four disciplines of competition, patterns, power breaking, special technique and sparring.

The cost of this event will be £20.
