ITF Board of Directors approved official during the Board of Directors meeting in term 7-9 July 2004 in Riccione (Italy) as National Association ordinary member All Russian Taekwon-Do (ITF) Federation represented by Mr. Lazaros Tsilfidis, President.
According to his previous promises Mr. Tsilfidis was present on 7th Junior World Championships in Riccione. Decision of the BD announced to Mr. Tsilfides President of ITF Master Trân Trieu Quân. Mr. Tsilfidis received many congratulations and wishes of perseverance and success in performing the function and all the best in his professional and personal life.
