AETF Board of Directors Meeting

10th July 2004 in Hotel "Dory" in Riccione had been held first meeting of the new AETF Board of Directors.
The meeting honored with his presence as a guest President of International Taekwon-Do Federation, Master Trân Trieu Quân, and Dr. Janel Gauthier from Canada, Chairman of Tournament & Umpire Committee and Master Willem Jacob Bos, organizer of 7th Junior World Championships and ITF Treasurer. Master Paul Weiler, Vice-president of ITF was an observer of whole meeting from the ITF side.

After the opening of the meeting Master Trân Trieu Quân congratulated to all new AETF BD members and wished them great cooperation and success. At the beginning of the meeting Tadeusz Łoboda, AETF President handed nominations to the members of Board of Directors and Revisory Commission and acknowledgements to present members of previous Board of Directors.

On the meeting there was discussed most important problems concerning the current activity of organization. All points of agenda were tempestuous discussed. The regulations of activity AETF Board of Directors and Revisory Commission in cadence 2004-2008, expanses, structure of official website were approved. The draft of procedures for submitting of motions concerning organization of European Championships and The European Cup was presented.

There wasn't no time to discuss all points of agenda; Board of Directors decided that it should be approved on the next meeting of Board of Directors at the beginning of January 2005 in Lublin, Poland.
