Dear Members,
The last AETF elections have held on 5th October 2002 in Cologne and there was decided that next one will be on 2006. Due to some important circumstances the AETF Board (according to theirs rights) called anticipative AETF Congress on 14th May 2004 in Tampere (Finland). One of those circumstances was the fact that three of AETF BD members (including the President) were elected to ITF authorities according to the decision of Congress in Warsaw, Poland, on 13th June 2003 and they couldn't continue theirs work for AETF.
On 14th of May 2004 at 9 pm. in Ramada Hotel began Congress of All Europe Taekwon-Do Federation. There were representatives from 21 countries taking part in the Congress took part delegates of 21 countries (Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, England, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Moldova, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Scotland , Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine).
The main task of the Congress was the approval of the Constitution and election of new authorities. The changes in Constitution increased the number of countries that are representing in AETF authorities, specify many notations, reform of democratically proceedings, initiate of new control instance Revisory Commission.
